RETURN POLICY

All items are eligible for return except for:

• Final sale items, and
• Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

At Surya Chamak, we want you to love your jewellery.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item or have the value placed onto a gift card, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, our initial process is to offer a replacement, exchange, or gift card.

Should you prefer a full refund, you can follow the steps outlined below.

How to start a return

Please email contact@suryachamak.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the word ‘Return’ in the subject line.

Once we confirm your return, items must be sent back to the address provided within 7 business days of our email (the postage date must fall within this period).

Please note:

• We do not offer pre-paid returns — customers are responsible for return postage.

• We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Condition of returned items

Only items returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be eligible for a refund, exchange, or gift card.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return (please allow an additional 3–4 days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your bank).

Refunds are made to the original payment method and will exclude the original shipping cost.

Damaged or faulty items (1-Year Warranty)

Every Surya Chamak jewellery piece is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or becomes faulty during this time (for example, colour fade, broken chain, or loose stone), please email photographic evidence to contact@suryachamak.com within 7 days of noticing the issue.

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or gift card on one occasion per item within the 1-year warranty period..

 

CANCELLATION

Please be advised you cannot cancel order/s after 1 hour of placing. Once you receive your order, if you wish to return you can do so, but please note we do not offer free returns.

 

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT

At Surya Chamak we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any, or certain specified purchases made through the Surya Chamak Website.

Each Promotional code will be subject to specific terms & conditions specified at the time the code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms of Use.

Only one promotional  code can be used against an order at any one time.

A promotional code can't be applied to an order after that order has been place unless explicitly stated.

A maximum spend limit of £1000 (or equivalent local currency) pre-discount applies per order.

Certain brand or product category exclusions may apply so we’ll let you know if you can't use your promotional code on anything before you complete your purchase.

If the promotional code has expired, you won’t be able use it.

We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility once we have given you a promotional code and we are not obliged to provide you with a replacement if it gets lost and/or gets used by someone else as this will result in the promotional code being cancelled. We are also not obliged to give you another promotional code to use if you place an order to replace a lost item.

If a promotional code is offered on the Surya Chamak Website and can’t run properly because of and not limited to; fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promotional code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotional code.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you receive a promotional code, it can only be used by you on your own Surya Chamak account for the purpose for which it was issued, unless explicitly stated (i.e. “refer a friend”). You must keep it confidential and only use it for making your own orders on Surya Chamak. Don’t pass your code directly on to others or make it available to others (for example, posting it on social media or on a forum). If we believe that at the point of purchase or retrospectively you are abusing the use of promotional codes in any way (for example, selling them to others), we reserve the right to cancel your promotional code or suspend/close your Surya Chamak account without letting you know beforehand.
